The 2013 National Crime Victimization and Safety Survey wey them conduct by CLEEN Foundation with support from the United States based Marcarthur Foundation show say the south west get the highest number of kidnapping with 5% of people wey they report from the region say them don kidnap them or they they attempt to kidnap them.
